Cut-offs

Each aid station has a cut-off time. The full list is on the aid stations and cut-offs page.

If you miss a cut-off your race ends there. You’ll hand in your number, and we’ll get you back to Newcastle.

100K early start. Runners who take the non-competitive early start at 17:00 have the same cut-off times on the clock as everyone else, so they get an extra hour.
